Data Protection Notice

1. Purpose
This notice is given under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It describes, for both stores and their customers, what personal data is processed by denebak.com and on what legal basis.
2. Data concerning store owners
Identity and contact details, billing information, payment records and usage history, processed to perform the contract between us and to meet our legal obligations as a seller.
3. Data concerning a store's customers
The Instagram user id of the person requesting a try-on, the explicit consent they gave in the conversation, and the record of the request. Explicit consent is obtained in the DM before any photograph is processed; a customer who does not consent is not processed.
4. Photographs: zero retention
A customer photograph is processed solely to produce the try-on image, exists only in server memory during that operation, and is never recorded to any storage. It is not backed up, not exported and not available to the store or to us afterwards.
5. Retention
Try-on records are anonymised, consent records deleted and old read notifications removed on the schedule set in the panel. Payment and accounting records are retained for ten years under Turkish Tax Procedure Law; this is a legal obligation that survives an erasure request and is the only such exception.
6. Exercising your rights
Store owners can export their data and close their account directly from the account page. Any other request — including one made by a store's customer — can be sent through the contact page and is answered within the statutory period.
