1. The service
denebak.com provides AI virtual try-on for Instagram business accounts on a pay-as-you-go basis. There is no subscription; you buy credits and each completed try-on consumes them at the rate shown in your dashboard.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and billing details and for keeping your password safe. You must have the right to operate the Instagram account you connect.
3. Credits and refunds
A credit is consumed only when a valid try-on begins. If no person can be detected in the photograph, or the job fails on our side, the credit is returned automatically. Credits do not expire and are not exchangeable for cash.
4. Acceptable use
You may only submit product images you have the right to use, and you may not use the service to process images of people who have not consented, to produce misleading or defamatory imagery, or to circumvent Instagram's own terms.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but depend on Instagram and on our AI provider. Interruptions caused by them are outside our control; credits consumed by a failed attempt are always returned.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why.
7. Governing law and version
These terms are governed by Turkish law. This is an English rendering provided for convenience; the Turkish text governs.
