Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data
The data controller is the company identified on our contact page. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.
2. What we collect
From stores: the account e-mail and name, the billing details required to issue an invoice, payment records, and the try-on history of the store.
From the end customers of a store: the Instagram user id of the person making the request, the consent they gave, and the record that a try-on happened. Not their photograph.
3. Photographs are never stored
A customer's photo is downloaded into memory, sent to the try-on model, and dropped. It is never written to disk, never written to a database, never included in a backup and never in an export. There is no retention period for it because there is nothing to retain.
4. How long we keep the rest
Try-on records are anonymised after the retention window set by the operator — the Instagram id, the only personal field on them, is replaced. Consent records are deleted after their own window. Read notifications are deleted after theirs.
Payment and accounting records are the one exception: Turkish tax law requires commercial records to be kept for ten years, and that obligation overrides a deletion request. Nothing else is kept on that basis.
5. Who else sees it
The AI try-on provider receives the images for the duration of the request. The payment provider receives the billing details needed to take the payment and issue the invoice. The e-mail provider receives the address a message is sent to. No one receives data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell data.
6. Your rights
You can download everything we hold about your account, and close your account, from the account page in your dashboard — without asking us and without waiting. Closing anonymises your data after thirty days, keeping only the payment records the law requires.
7. Governing version
This is an English rendering provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the Turkish text of this policy governs.
