Prepaid credits for the denebak.com virtual try-on service. Each completed try-on consumes credits at the rate published in the dashboard.
3. Total price
The total price payable, including all taxes, is the amount displayed on the package you select at the moment of purchase. No further charge is made.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment is by card through the payment provider's hosted page. Credits are added to the account immediately on confirmation, so delivery is instant and free.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because the credits are digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun. This is why your consent is taken at checkout.
6. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be raised through the support desk or the contact page. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction as described in the distance sales agreement.
