1. Seller
The seller's full legal identity, registration numbers and contact details are set out below and on the contact page.
2. Subject
This agreement covers the sale of prepaid credits for the denebak.com virtual try-on service, purchased through the website by the buyer identified in the order.
3. Price and payment
The price of each credit package, including all taxes, is the price shown at the moment of purchase. Payment is taken by the payment provider; the seller never sees the card details.
4. Delivery
Credits are digital and are added to the buyer's account immediately upon confirmation of payment. There is no physical delivery and no delivery cost.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish distance-selling rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately and to services already performed with the buyer's consent. Credits that have not been consumed may still be refunded at the seller's discretion on request.
6. Complaints
Complaints may be raised through the support desk. Turkish consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits published each year by the Ministry of Trade.
7. Governing version
This is an English rendering provided for convenience. The Turkish text of this agreement is the version accepted at checkout and governs.
